Terms of Service

These terms apply when you install or use Hexinton software, create an account, or use our website and services. If you do not agree, do not install or use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. If you cannot legally agree to these terms yourself, a parent or guardian must authorize your use.

Hexinton Mod is made for lawful single-player modding and personal use. It is not made for online cheating. We do not provide support, instructions, fixes, or other assistance for online cheating.

• Do not use our tools to gain an unfair advantage in online, competitive, or multiplayer games, or to bypass anti-cheat protections.
• Do not use our services for piracy, unauthorized copies, or unauthorized distribution of games, mods, software, or other copyrighted content.
• Use games and content you are entitled to use, and respect applicable law, game licenses, platform rules, and other people's rights.

Hexinton is independent of game developers, publishers, and platforms unless we expressly state otherwise. Game names and assets belong to their respective owners.

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and tell us through our support channels if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

Do not distribute malware, harass others, infringe intellectual property, access another person's account or data without permission, or disrupt or abuse our systems.

The Hexinton Mod installer requires administrator permission to install a background updater. Automatic updater registration is part of installation. The updater checks for and downloads application and updater releases; application replacement waits until Hexinton Mod is closed. You can remove the application and its updater registration through the uninstaller.

Modding and software updates can affect game files, saves, compatibility, and stability. Back up important saves and files before making changes. We do not guarantee compatibility with every game, game update, mod, or platform, or protection from restrictions imposed by a game or platform.

You keep your rights in content you create or submit. You must have permission to submit it, and you allow us to process it as needed to provide the features you request, such as routing an AI request or handling a support report.

AI output may be inaccurate, unsafe, or unsuitable for your game or system. Review generated code and instructions before running them. You remain responsible for how you use and share outputs.

If you buy a subscription or credits, the price, billing period, trial, renewal, usage limits, and cancellation conditions shown at checkout apply to that purchase. Manage available subscription and payment options through your account.

Cancel a renewing subscription before its next renewal if you do not want the next charge. Refunds and cancellations remain subject to applicable consumer law; these terms do not remove mandatory rights.

Features and game support may change, and service interruptions can occur. We may restrict or suspend access to address abuse, security risks, legal obligations, or violations of these terms. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact support.

You can stop using the service and uninstall the application. Contact support for account closure or data requests. Ending use does not remove payment obligations already incurred or rights that must continue under law.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. We do not guarantee a particular modding or AI result.

To the extent permitted by law, Hexinton is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including your mandatory consumer rights.

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the date on this page and provide additional notice of material changes where required. Changes do not override existing purchase terms or rights protected by law.
